Lauren had her scheduled lumbar puncture on Monday which went as well as expected. Though she knows what is going on, she’s a trooper and allows the nurses and doctors to do their job without putting up much of a fight. In addition to the LP, she received vincristine through her port and kicked off steroids (dexamethasone) which will last for five days. Her ANC has jumped up again, and she is now at 1300! We are so happy with her progress this past week and thank everyone for the positive thoughts!
