It’s been some time since we last sent a family on a trip. Like many organizations, we had to shift a bit during the pandemic. With the new vaccine and restrictions being lifted in some areas, we are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Beginning of this we were able to send a family in Ohio to a Cleveland Browns football game. Here’s a note from Ben’s family…

LivFREE, we can’t tell you how grateful we are for YOU! Ben was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma in February 2019 and spent most of the year in the hospital. He had 6 rounds of chemotherapy, surgery (removal of his 4th rib), and 8 more rounds of chemotherapy. On top of that were numerous transfusions, scans, low blood counts, and just brutal side effects that got him extra time in the hospital. It was a very rough year for our family. We were so excited for 2020 and getting back to a “normal” life. Needless to say, 2020 wasn’t “normal” for anyone. 

Cheers to 2021! We are so excited to be able to start off 2021 with an opportunity to go to a Cleveland Browns game! Ben is a huge Cleveland Browns fan and we are so grateful that LivFREE was able to get tickets for our entire family! They also booked a hotel for us so we could swim and just enjoy some family time before the game. The hotel was so close that we could walk to the stadium. Everything was absolutely PERFECT! THANK YOU LivFREE for giving us this AMAZING experience that we will never forget!
